Carin Roberge, M.S., Psy.D. is a clinical psychologist who maintains a private practice in Arlington, MA, in which she has integrated transpersonal approaches, including shamanic, mindfulness, and IFS methods in her psychotherapy and teaching work with individuals and couples. She provides supervision and consultation to those incorporating spiritually oriented methods with current mind/body approaches in their clinical work. She is co-director with Dr. Edward Yeats of Center of the Circle, an organization that sponsors educational programs in shamanism and shamanic healing in the greater Boston area. Edward L. Yeats, Ph.D. is a Clinical Psychologist and a Shamanic Practitioner. He received his Ph.D. In Clinical Psychology from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst in 1979. He also completed the Post-Doctoral Training Program in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at The Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. For many years he was a Clinical Instructor in Psychology at The Cambridge Hospital, Harvard Medical School, in the Program for Psychotherapy. He is Co-Director, with Dr. Carin Roberge, of Center of the Circle, an organization that offers programs in shamanism and shamanic healing in the Greater Boston community. Originally drawn to spiritual practice through the study of meditation and Buddhist Psychology, his personal healing path led to shamanism. He has studied intensively with several shamanic teachers. He is also a Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist. A married father of two grown children, he maintains an integrative private practice of psychotherapy in Newton Corner, Massachusetts.
